Gynosko is a one-man black metal band from Sacramento, California. Gynosko fuses traditional black metal with atmospheric, progressive, and folk elements and incorporates natural instrumentation in the recording process. With the help of some guest musicians, Gynosko EP was finalized. I have always loved black metal, especially when unique and sometimes weird elements are incorporated into the music. Bands like Enslaved, Emperor, Mgła, and Windir have been influential in my songwriting, as well as newer black metal bands that utilize atmospheric elements like Vukari and bands that incorporate folk metal into black metal, such as Saor. In future releases, you can expect an even greater variety of folk and classical instrumentation.
