***The Extreme in Any Manner Leaves a Lasting Impression! *** – Baron Craze

Well, the final greetings of 2022, a long tough year, this time around I was the one who suffered multiple health issues, in and out of the hospital, yet all limbs attached and no brain damage, but other issues remain. So many things looking back this year are left undone, countless reviews podcast shows, it is a wasteland of broken promises, not being negative just open and honest with our many readers. Often, I have a review year with the site owner the last week of December, but that was schedule his week, which alarmed me. First, I’m happy to report I remain as editor, secondly we went over the pitfalls of previous years worked a more manageable schedule hopefully, my fiends who help work on the site are all right with the changes that are coming in 2023 and hope you will enjoy them.

I usually tell you many facts and figures all of that was destroyed with hospital stays and then a new fall (not my fault) in early November which effected my typing skills. Once again things have been streamlined behind the scenes, though the New Comics section is a big hit with you all, but the letdown came from lack of film reviews, somewhere through everything I lost that special mojo. However, for the first 6-months the most enjoyable teaching an Alfred Hitchcock class, then hired to write a screenplay as a ghost writer only to see that end in ruins, sorry I don’t work for free; it inspired me to write a psychological thriller – fine tuning that creation as well as a few scripts. Now one section on our site is coming to a close this month, Archives, according staff, is finished, however I disagree, I think they are assuming some 1 paragraph reviews are 10 years old when I first started are merely summaries, but alas its hell of a journey but if it is, then a fine way to start the 2023 year.

This year we had the release of Terrifier 2 an epic not rated flick storm a series of theaters in October from Damien Leone showing Hollywood what independent horror has available, earning over $10 million, CONGRATS!!! I wish it were more violent and gory, still did have three of my most bizarre killings that I personally created. I still recall where I was the first time, I saw the Terrifier short and told Damien that the Art character has the ability of becoming a great horror Icon – where and when was that? October 29, 2011, Saturday; Ethical society Building, at the Terror Film Festival in Philadelphia, PA at 3p. Where were you the first time you saw Art the Clown?

As time marches quickly to a close for 2022 (good riddance) the ghostly vessel, in 2023 The Horror Times will hopefully going unleash serious delights, aside from a few surgeries scheduled in January and February I intend to enjoy the year, as I turn 50. I shall not reveal any special items for the months ahead.

Until next month – stay healthy, safe, and enjoy all the horror you can including this site and enjoy the Holidays & and New Year!!!
