Horror watching in this month becomes a mixture of leftovers from October especially during the first week and then Christmas movies ooze throughout it, avoidance becomes nightmarish and not in a fun way. Hence, I feel it allows for interesting choices, once again the list was chosen by friends, still using the plan of having watch as many movies celebrating anniversaries with a few treats. Therefore, let’s explore, a total 34-films watched, with the 70s was the popular decade with 10-films and the two oldest films checked in at 65-years which were Night of the Demon [1957] and Blood of Dracula [1957]. Just one thing, Night of the Demon is the same film as Curse of the Demon, which I saw in October – but I figure whoever picked it didn’t know that tidbit – did you? Be honest. Then, this month brings the famous Turkey Day, while I normally watch Thankskilling, I dined at someone’s home and therefore played with a different set of rules, namely hours of football (I like the game, not the teams) but it was a fun time. On black Friday we watched the movie of the same name that was created during covid and hence it is not very good, lacks in many areas. For a bizarre reason finished the month out watching some zombie movies I suppose they need to munch on carcasses; too. Our first Christmas horror movie of the season was Silent Night, Bloody Night [1972] followed by Home for the Holidays also from 1972, though was originally a television movie.
