*** The Extreme in Any Manner Leaves a Lasting Impression! *** – Baron Craze

First, these past two months have me cherishing so many that have given me well wishes, it is very incredible the friendship from so many, in addition these two months July and August have given me nothing but setbacks, as it effects so many parts of my well-being. Anyway, I have worked in a few areas to reorganize my team, let’s dive in the first. Vincent is working on the Rock, Hard Rock, and some Metal as many requests for reviews have come to my front door. Meanwhile 3C shall handle the family-oriented horror films, which gives us a wonderful balance, and our newest writer is Vix who will continue to follow her own path of analyzing thrillers and your editor will work on Horror and Metal reviews.

The owner of the site requested a new feature for the site and in the future, it will present itself in August, but for this month it is here, which is The Horror Times “Shark Week” instead of having it in July only to become lost it will be given its own feeding frenzy; consisting of 7-films on average of shark flicks.

This month is always special for horror fans as it is our pre-cursor to the high holy month of October the horror and Halloween festivities start occurring from merchandising to films and we have a lot of PR occurring around our site for films that recently were released The Invitation, Barbarian, Pearl (sequel to X) from independent filmmaker Ti West, Prey for the Devil that is late October along with Halloween Ends and an advance notice of The Menu in November. Along with a few classics being released among them is The Blob [1958], Poltergeist [1982], The Mummy [1932] and The Bride of Frankenstein [1935], making it wonderful to return to the theater.

Now I’m not going to promise anything on the review front however I am going to stride forward to accomplish at least 10 film reviews, and a slew of other items, among them our article on the promotion of the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival occurring on September 16 thru 18, Friday to Sunday, at the Showboat in Atlantic City.

As I close this greeting, once again I thank so many for the encouragement and the people around me who have helped me stay positive. Each day I get better so the fire and passion I have for the horror and metal genres continue to push me forward, as I also turn my attention to doing voice overs and voice acting skills.

Until next month – stay healthy, safe, and enjoy all the horror you can including this site!
