DIMLIGHT’s new album, “Kingdom of Horrors”, just keeps on coming! Following up the release of the first part of the band’s multifarious new work (comprised of the “Kingdom of Horrors” CD album, “Realm of Tragedy” instrumental CD album and “Bowels of Madness” paperback novella), it is now time for the second part to be unleashed:

“Secrets of Irkala Kar” is an old-school tabletop Role Playing Game, uniquely designed not just for fans of the band but also of the genre. Gather your friends, dim the lights, put some mood-setting music in the background and get ready to act out your very own adventures in the realm of Irkala Kar, where your only limitations are your imagination – and the fickle constrains of madness. Navigate through the realm of the dead, face the abominable guardians at the seven gates; work together to live or fight one another for the gleaming prizes awaiting in dark places… the choice is yours.
As for the mood-setting music mentioned, DIMLIGHT have taken care of that too: “A Symphony of Horrors” album (digital) is also released as the ideal soundtrack for your own, personal adventures through the Underworld. It’s an instrumental work of symphonic might, painting with powerful crescendos and deeply penetrating atmosphere the otherworldly picture of the forbidden realm of the dead. First formed in 2006, DIMLIGHT are highly active in live performances worldwide, touring from Europe to the Middle East and sharing a stage with such talent as Arch Enemy, Lacuna Coil, Epica, Septic Flesh, Firewind, Annihilator, The Haunted and many more. Their first album, “Obtenebration” debuted in 2009, followed by “Psychosynthesis”, in 2012. Despite a rising tide of difficulties and misfortunes that would have justified any band to quit, DIMLIGHT pressed on through the storm and in 2015 they released their concept album “The Lost Chapters”, confirming their resilience, passion and dedication to delivering high quality extreme music which always pushes the envelope with each step of the way.
