***The Extreme in Any Manner Leaves a Lasting Impression! *** – Baron Craze
Greetings horror fans and fanatics, well the second half of 2026 has begun, incredible slew of activities are soon to commence, Shark Week and a tad less than 45 days until the official start of Halloween attractions begin to prepare for numerous frights that willing souls engage in with pride.
Here, at The Horror Times things have not gone according to plan, and there are reasons but this dreaded NDA is still in place, and once it is officially lift it will all make sense, look frankly we are not going anywhere we just have struggle with this matter and tread water until things resolve themselves. In a non-horror matter I have been tasked with an interesting side project that required to out-think someone’s proposal, I get to play DEVIL’S advocate. Oh, the fun.
In other horror news, we encountered another police review, we were at Home Depot, and a ‘Karen’ did not like our horror t-shirts, I had Deathgasm, my girl was wearing Evil Dead Rise: Mommy is With the Maggots, and friend wore a Dark Funeral tee. We were there to get 2 axes his and mine, for yard work, though I got combo axe and pick – all black. She did not like our shirts, stating they offended her and thought we were going to commit murderous sacrifices. Needless by the time we left a Police Officer arrived, all horror fans joke about leaving a place like that and the cops are waiting for you. We showed receipts, cleared to go, Karen was put in her place with one word FREEDOM, our FREEDOM. This is not the first time and won’t be the last, so just keep calm, let the Karen’s do their silly things, give them evil looks, wicked grins, maniacal laughs, be polite ghoulish fiends.
Therefore, enjoy the streaming horror as it spreads like a pool of splattered blood, and bask in the insanity of the newer filmmakers as the create new nightmares to plague your senses and twist your mind further endless void of the horror genre.
