***The Extreme in Any Manner Leaves a Lasting Impression! *** – Baron Craze
Well, horror fiends and sickos, I know many things here at The Horror Times are heavily messed up to state it politely. How come? One simple reason is that everyone connected to our site got sick in February one by one we were falling like dominoes. I went down first with a terrible case of brochities and sinus infection virus on top of that and led to laryngitis. In those conditions no one wants to write, speak or really do anything, all I did was read and battle the illness. Every plan was destroyed. However, still early in the year to right the ship and sail onward, just like any good ‘ole slasher killer won’t keep us down; therefore, the greeting is unusual.
The popular new columns will be included in these issues Words Conjure Nightmares (for February, March, and April) and Blood and Guts (for March and April, and the same for Upcoming Metal Releases. Anyway, the rest is coming along, but the year will include anniversary classics to note and recall the memories though how they’re judged is always a challenge. Nevertheless, Horror Fans are used to those looks. Speaking of looks, my girl was in a store wearing a Bewitched in Salem, MA a play on words references the town and the television show. A woman she didn’t know approached her and asked if she was a witch, now sounds comical, it wasn’t this “Karen” accused her of practicing witchcraft (she’s not, but still a legal worship practice). Highly judgmental, others came to her defense, but the “Karen’ kept ranting to managers and finally the police. No one was arrested but this is at least the 5th time something like his has happened to us in span of two years, (I believe). Our advice, be careful kooky “Karens” on the prowl.
Now, I do not allow A.I. on this site, a rule implemented by the owner; too, however a friend had asked Gemini in his car who is Baron Craze (note he spelled out c r a z e) and it was very interesting what it stated when my voice returns, we will launch Baron’s Crypt and play some of it – quite amusing.
It’s time to embark on the backlog, and view the countless horror movies, enjoy them alone, laugh when warranted, and search the past for inspiration to terrorize modern audiences.
