I am continuing to recover from a severe eye compromise infection, therefore viewing presents some new methods, so exciting. This month I had eight films that were reviewed previously returning once again for revisiting, and the rest on this list were chosen by friends and others, I know that is the scary part of putting your viewing habits in the hands of others, nevertheless it was overwhelming a positive outcome. First, had a lesser-known Alfred Hitchcock film Stage Fright [1950] and no February would be complete with a Valentine’s Day tribute which was both the 1981 and 2009 (remake) of My Bloody Valentine. I even went to the theater three separate times to see a special engagement of Hellraiser [1987] and two new films Heart Eyes and The Monkey. The two oldest films in the were The Body Snatcher and Isle of the Dead (not a zombie flick) both released in 1945 and hence celebrating 80 years! Lastly, in 28 days watched 38 films, with the 80s, 90s, and 2000s being the most popular decades with 7 films each.
