Well horror fans, another month has been swallowed by time, resting comfortable under another grave. The month proved difficult for many reasons, but also had the opportunity no matter how bad a day got the Visions of Horror was available. This month actually had more thrillers, which shows some incredible psychological terrors. Some of the films show strong actress roles, the empowerment of their characters such as with Ready or Not [2019], Knives Out [2019] an intense but fun murder mystery story, M.F.A. [2017] also follows falls into the pattern. Fret not, a few Slashers, Animals Attacking, a Zombie flick, even a Found Footage movie, and a lot more all here for your enjoyment. Now, some might notice on August 30th, I saw two classic horror films Frankenstein [1931] and The Bride of Frankenstein [1935], which I have previously seen, there inclusion is twofold. First, it was National Frankenstein Day in honor of author Mary Shelley’s birthday which was noted on Baron’s Crypt #265; secondly, I’m keeping the list honest, because face it, you all know I am going to watch some classic movies. Once again, the sources used for this view list came from Amazon Prime video, Netflix, DVDs, Tubi, Vudu, Plex, Peacock, HBO Max, Crackle, YouTube, Daily Motion, Private Screening links, Blu-rays and a perhaps more sites.
