There were major delays in delivering the latest issue of The Horror Times for a multitude of reasons. First, each March I plan and assist in a fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis. For the past 4-years and now in 2018 the fifth I conducted this limited 6-hour outdoor event, I participate as I know someone close to me who has this terrible disease, I had volunteers from many places. In addition, New Jersey found its center of attention for weather broadcasts, experiencing two nor’easters within days, the first knocking out power, including where I live, but all of it irrelevant as I attended a convention, once home dealt with numerous issues. A second storm unleashed heavy snow and a few more unwanted power problems, then two nor’easters pounded the area with combinations of wind, ice, and snow – the only thing sadly no zombie yetis.
Therefore, the owners of the site and I decided to publish a limited issue to dedicated fans of the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival and yet included the popular DOA review. Since March is known for Spring Break, we have a horror film that deals with the topic called Girls Gone Dead found in the Archive Section and other movies in that link to some of the guests at the NJ Horror Con #3, so please enjoy.
No downtime, as we gear up for a massive April issue, due by 10th, which contains a new element and some more wicked fun!
